• ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
   

  • The rooms / suites are available from 14h00 the day of arrival until 21h00 (please inform us if you arrive later).

  • At the day of departure the rooms must be left at latest 12h00.
     

• CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION :
   

  • Reservation by Email, Fax or Phone. The hotel management will do every effort to respond as fast as possible to your request and confirm your reservation if rooms are available.

  • All reservations must be confirmed by the hotel management.

  • The following payment options are accepted: credit cards, cash or wire transfer (if payment in advance).

  • Cancellations of a reservations must be done in written by mail, fax or email.

  • Animals are not allowed in the hotel.

  • All rates are in Euros, per room and night, sales tax included.

  • All rates are subject to modifications and can be updated at any time and without notice.
     

• CANCELLATION FEES:
   

  • In case of a cancellation more than 30 days before the start of your journey, the total amount already paid can be refunded.

  • In case of a cancellation between 0 and 7 days before the start of your journey, 100% of the reservation amount is due.

  • In case of a cancellation between 8 and 15 days before the start of your journey, 75% of the reservation amount is due.

  • In case of a cancellation between 16 and 30 days before the start of your journey, 60% of the reservation amount is due.

   

  Due to the strong request in certain periods of the year, we recommend an early reservation of your stay with us.
